Author, Radio show host, certified dream job coach, and owner of CFO Plus Services, Ellen Mcilhenny, will present case studies of software conversion. Some of these conversions went very well, while others did not. Project management is essential in bringing these projects across the finish line. So let's discuss what worked and what did not, and what the financial implications were on the poorly managed projects.

$1500 scholarship

• High School Project Manager of the year: Katie Zhang – Copper & Clay
• My Senior Capstone project was titled “Copper & Clay: An Exploration of Technology and Art”. It consisted of a sculpture series, made up of five individual sculptures, centered around the theme of technology and art and their intersections. Through my project, I sought to reconcile the differences between tech and art that plague society today. I’ve been interested in sculpture since middle school, but I never really a chance to pursue that interest;
• Capstone was the push I needed to act on my curiosity. Although Capstone has ended, I plan to continue studying sculpture in my free time and at my university, Barnard College, for the next four years.

Runner’s Up - $1000 scholarship

• Neha Soundar – Nature’s Imperfections
• My project is called Nature's Imperfections, which is an environmental docuseries that explores various environmental issues like water pollution, biodiversity loss, and deforestation. There are three subtopics within Nature's Imperfections: water, life, and air. I separated the series into these subtopics so that I could cover every aspect of the environment as evenly and fairly as possible. There are a total of ten episodes (three episodes for each subtopic and a final overarching episode), each seven to eight minutes. I mainly created this series because I realized that I have a huge passion for the environment and its several issues. Many of the issues I discuss are ones that everybody has heard of but no one really takes the time to learn more about. Before creating the series myself, I was very uneducated about these problems, and I wanted to take the initiative in creating this project so that other people could understand and see the severity of these issues as much as I have over the past several months. Based on the feedback I received, I think that I was able to make some impact on my community, and that in and of itself was very fulfilling.
• In the future, I plan to attend the University of Rochester with a major in biochemistry. I also plan to study more environmental sciences at my time in Rochester because it truly is something that interests me. 

• Patrick Mero – Lego Parthenon Construction
• Created a Lego version of the Greek temple to the Goddess Athena Construction started in 447 BC when the Delian League was at the peak of its power. It was completed in 438 BC, although decoration of the building continued until 432 BC. It is the most important surviving building of Classical Greece, generally considered the zenith of the Doric order.
