Seminar Description: Kendra will share her program leadership philosophy, successes, and challenges of running dynamic programs with a team of project directors, engineering directors, product architects, and multiple development teams. The key is leading with flexibility to iterate and adapt, while finding the balance of standardized processes with outcome driven approaches. Everyone involved in project delivery can benefit from applying these approaches to their projects now even before they become programs.

Key Learning Objectives:
  • Attendees will learn how to evaluate what responsibilities should be handled at the program level vs the project level
  • Attendees will learn how to balance process standardization with unique team needs through outcome driven approaches
  • Attendees will learn what practices they can start now in anticipation of their project growing to a program
