Bio: Cynthia is a seasoned agile coach, scrum master, product owner, project manager and program manager. She specializes in software products, application development and web B2B and B2C.
She founded GSD Mindset to help teams transition to agile and coaches existing agile teams to improve scrum practices and shorten lifecyle. By applying her entrepreneurial mindset, your teams will learn to quickly organize and speed up product delivery.
She has been a TEDx speaker as well as an Advisor to the Certified Agile Leadership Team for the Scrum Alliance.
