Learning Objectives

  1. Use Microsoft 365 Copilot to improve productivity across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  2. Apply effective prompts and workflows to create emails, documents, insights, and presentations faster.
  3. Integrate Copilot into daily work to improve collaboration, decision-making, and efficiency.

Detailed Description

How much time do professionals lose every week writing emails, summarizing meetings, building presentations, analyzing spreadsheets, and searching for information? Microsoft 365 Copilot is changing how work gets done by embedding AI directly into the tools people already use every day.

This highly practical, hands-on workshop focuses on real-world use of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Rather than spending hours on AI theory, participants will learn by doing — using prompts, workflows, and live scenarios that immediately improve productivity, communication, collaboration, reporting, and decision-making.

The workshop begins with a short session on why AI copilots are rapidly becoming essential in the modern workplace, including practical examples of productivity gains, faster decision-making, and reduced manual effort. The remainder of the workshop focuses on applied usage patterns, best practices, and realistic business scenarios participants can immediately use in their day-to-day work.

Attendees will leave with practical Copilot techniques, reusable prompts, workflow ideas, and a clear understanding of how to safely and effectively integrate AI into daily work.
