Three Warm-Up Discussion Questions

1: "Have you tried using AI to help with a work task and felt like the result was generic or not quite right? What do you think went wrong?"
2: "How much time do you spend each week on repetitive tasks like status reports, meeting notes, or stakeholder updates? Could AI help with that?"
3: "If you could ask AI one question about your current project right now, what would it be?"

Abstract:
Artificial intelligence is reshaping how project and program managers plan, communicate, and deliver results. This presentation goes beyond the concepts and focuses on practical, hands-on applications of AI tools that PMs can use today. From drafting status reports and risk registers to tailoring resumes and managing stakeholder communications, attendees will leave with specific prompts, techniques, and tools they can apply immediately in their day-to-day work. Based on real-world experience as a PMI-CPMAI certified practitioner, this session bridges the gap between AI theory and practical project management execution.
