Speaker: Mei Lin | Innovation Strategist

Short Description:  The workforce didn't shrink — it transformed. AI is no longer a background utility running in someone else's tech stack. It is a colleague with a defined role, a scope of work, and the capacity to handle the volume that keeps project managers stuck in administration instead of leadership.

In this session, you will meet three methods of building the AI workforce: Claude, Copilot Studio, and OpenClaw. Together, they represent how a hybrid human-AI team looks like in practice. No coding background required.

You will leave this session with a concrete mental model for what AI can own versus what only you can lead, and a clear starting point to place your first digital colleague on the team.

Three Warm-Up Discussion Questions

  1. If you had a digital colleague who arrived at the office 2 hours before you every day, what is the very first thing you would want to see completed and sitting in your inbox when you log on?
  2. Think about your current project load. Which repetitive task (status updates, meeting notes, or resource tracking) drains your energy the most, and how much more leading could you do if it were 100% automated
  3. Most people view AI as a search engine. If you were to 'hire' an AI as a permanent member of your project team, what one 'skill' or specific area is most critical for you
Unlimited Engaging talk with visual slides, stories, and live Q&A
