Agility Isn’t Faster – It’s Smarter: A Guide to Catalyzing Change
Lisa DiTullio
In today’s constantly changing business environment, project delays don’t just move dates—they erode value. This interactive session reframes change agility as a leadership skill, not a methodology. It explores how reducing decision friction, improving flow, and accelerating feedback helps teams adapt sooner and protect value—without overhauling their delivery model. Participants will leave with practical insights and micro-practices they can apply immediately
