Sharon Williamson, ASPC 6, has more years that she cares to count in the IT space. She has served in all areas of IT in one way or another and has worked in many industry sectors around the world. For the last 15 years, Sharon has focused on enterprise transformations for companies in both the public and private sectors. Her latest focus is using AI to support large transformations.

Using the Scaled Agile Framework, she has trained over 40 SAFe classes to thousands of students, lifted over 25 Release Trains and 5 Solution Trains. She has coached hundreds of teams and many leaders to deliver the right business value and started several Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACEs).

Sharon holds a M.S. in Project Management from the George Washington University and a B.S. in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Mary Washington. Sharon holds over 35 certifications in project, agile, product, SAFe, coaching, ITIL, data, cloud, AI, and organizational change management.
