Power Skills

Michael Vizdos

Michael Vizdos is an accomplished speaker, trainer, entrepreneur, and one of the early Scum innovators who helped bring it to the forefront as a means to focus and deliver project success.  With almost 35 years of experience in helping people and organizations solve real world problems, he has become a leading subject matter expert of Implementing Scrum in the real world.  From working with Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland, the co-creators of Scrum, to co-authoring a book with Scott Ambler about scaling an enterprise framework, and collaborating with Ron Jeffries, one of the signatories of the Agile Manifesto for for software development, in an online mentoring community, and maintaining websites focused on Implementing Scrum, Mike strives to connect with people to bring Scrum awareness and training from across the globe (literally - ask him about Costa Rica!) to your current deliverables.
