Seminar Description
In this talk, Kevin will walk the attendees through the Planning “P” process used by many Public Safety and Emergency Management agencies throughout the United States. As a former All-Hazard Incident Management Team member, Kevin was a Planning Section Chief. As Kevin transitioned from the on-call life, Kevin saw the many parallels between the Public Safety and Project Management worlds. Now, Kevin will provide a window into Public Safety, special event planning, and incident response, allowing attendees to see that good processes, strong leadership, and relationship building are effective across all planning methodologies.
