Speaker Bio:
Frank Gerard is the Director of Project Management at NFI Industries, specializing in tailoring project management strategies to align with the company's culture and industry nuances through his approach called ‘Vision to Strategies' (V2S). This methodology involves a multi-faceted approach, encompassing strengths and weaknesses assessment, resource enhancement through coaching and training, portfolio visibility promotion, and the implementation of streamlined processes.
