Description of Presentation:
Have you ever wondered why navigating difficult situations while managing projects seem to be a breeze for some people? Could it be related to highly developed Emotional Intelligence? Emotional Intelligence, also referred to as Emotional Quotient or EQ., is the awareness of one's own emotions and the emotions of others. It also entails the capability to manage those emotions to achieve desirable outcomes. When used correctly, it is a powerful tool the Project Leader can use to negotiate with. Remember, you need an IQ to get the job, EQ to manage it.
Join me in this fun and engaging workshop as we dive into the four components of Emotional Intelligence and practice some techniques you can use to develop your own EQ.
In this interactive fun workshop, we will:
- Understand the four (4) components of EQ
- Perform self-assessment of your EQ level
- Use Learning activities to improve your EQ
- Laugh and have fun
