Jennifer's agile journey began as a Lead IT Project Manager for Qwest Communications, collaborating with industry giants like AT&T, Sprint, and MCI. Managing a $27 million program budget with 23 project managers, she excelled in agile development and authored college courses on integrating Risk Management into Sprint Retrospectives.
From aerospace to healthcare, Jennifer's consulting expertise spans the public and private sectors, helping organizations embrace Agile Lean-Manufacturing practices. As an Agile Coach, she champions continuous improvement, facilitating transformative change within teams. She also mentors future agile project managers in high school Capstone classes.
With degrees in Business and Economics from Concordia College of Minnesota and Organizational Management from the University of Colorado at Denver, Jennifer seamlessly blends academic knowledge with real-world experiences. Her sessions combine theory and practical application, encouraging participants to apply agile principles in their organizations and personal lives.
Jennifer's agile superpowers include simplicity, a great sense of humor, and an unwavering commitment to personal and team growth. As an active member of PMI for 24 years, she has held prominent positions within chapters and played a key role in setting up Project Management Offices (PMOs) across industries.
