Speaker: Aileen Ellis, PMP, PgMP

In this interactive session, Aileen Ellis, PMP, PgMP talks about what it takes to do hard stuff.  Aileen’s hiking trip of over 200 miles crossing Northern Spain during October 2022 will be the primary example referenced.  Expect to see beautiful images of Spain, along with the challenges faced by a woman hiking alone for 15 days.  Several long held beliefs will be broken, including the myth that only the Navy Seals or Extreme Athletes among us can do hard things.

Aileen Ellis, PMP, PgMP is the owner of AME Group, Inc.  Aileen has been a facilitator for the PMI Leadership Institute Masters Class for over 10 years and has been preparing project managers for the PMP Exam since 1998.  Aileen was an active member of the PMI CVC Chapter from 1997 -1999.

Learning Objectives:

  1. A commitment to do one hard thing
  2. The reason why doing hard things is important to each of us
  3. The knowhow to take the first steps
