Dan Goodwin, Financial Advisor, Special Care Planner, C.D.F.A.

Dan is a life long resident of the Fredericksburg area and the owner/President of Goodwin & Smith Financial Services. Since 2007 Dan has served in this capacity helping his client understand financial markets and investment planning. Dan’s specializes in Retirement Plannng, Social Security Planning, Special Care Planning, Divorce Planning & Insurance Planning.
Dan has been recoginzed by his clients and peers as the Best Finanical Advisor in the
Fredericksburg area in 2019, 2020, and 2021!!!!
Dan’s mission is to help make a positive difference in the lives of the individuals and
businesses he works with. Dan’s personal mission is to assist his clients with creating generational wealth to be enjoyed by his clients and their heirs. Dan takes a consultateive approach to properly educate his clients with the goal of developing client focused plan designs.

The speaker is Dan Goodwin, President of Goodwin and Smith Financial Investments, His topic is  "The Challenges of Starting up a new Business across a Digital Enterprise The objectives are Initiating,Planning, Executing, Controlling and eventually Closing the business".  Dan will discuss how the Enterprise Environmental  Factors(EEF) of starting up a business that are external to the Business and the Organizational Process Assets(OPA), Internal to the business impact development and implementation. These are two of the core inputs to scope plan and management plan. He will also discuss the program management information system  (PMIS) that he uses to conduct his business  Dan will discuss the long term benefits defining the scope and managing the plan while working with the clients and stakeholders.His Motto “Live Disciplined, Start Now”.
