Speaker's Bio: Devin Clinevell is a project management consultant and trainer with PM-ProLearn with nine years of experience leading diverse project teams using a variety of methods. Devin holds a Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM) degree from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Excelsior College, in addition to the Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) certifications. He's a Disciplined Agile (DA) Authorized Training Partner Instructor, and he utilizes his knowledge of the Disciplined Agile toolkit with consulting clients and students around the United States. Seminar Description: This is a basic overview of the Disciplined Agile Toolkit. It will briefly cover the DA Mindset and an explanation of the Layers of Disciplined Agile, along with how they fit into an organization's existing processes.
