Risk is of course an inherent part of doing business. Risk Management is a specialty which area for which a number of organizations offer certifications. PMI published their Risk Management Standard in 2009 and they offer certification based on that, but there are several others. PMI's handbook is getting dated, where other approaches to Risk Management have emerged which are based on a more holistic model (GRC ) which identifies these three core disciplines. You will find that PMI addresses all these, but the GRC acronym was coined in 2007 by Scott L. Mitchell and PMI had not yet adopted its use. The model has matured significantly in the last few years.
