Line of Sight Management (LSM) applies principles of Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean, and Rapid Change to effect the right changes, at the right time, in the right way for a high level of business performance and sustainable results.

Timing is critical when introducing change within organizations. LSM provides tools for managers to minimize and overcome resistance to change.

Bill will describe how LSM has been effective in planning and implementing change in his experiences through the eyes of the CEO for an outfitting and service organization.

Speaker Info - Bill Hemminger - CEO, Bank Design and Equipment

Bill is currently the CEO of Bank Design & Equipment which operates out of Waynesboro, VA.Bill Hemminger

He has enjoyed a long career in the bank equipment business starting in 1982 as a service technician, transitioned into sales, and then in 2001 started with BD&E as an Executive Account Manager in southwest Pennsylvania. In March 2005 he relocated to Waynesboro, VA to run the sales and marketing departments followed quickly by being named manager of operations and service departments, where success in this position shortly led to be named Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.   Following the passing of the original owner Bill was offered and accepted the position of President and CEO by the board of directors in March 2016. 

Bill and his wife Rona have been married for 44 years, have two adult children, and four grandchildren. He servers on the board of two international nonprofits and serves as head deacon at his church in Waynesboro.  In his limited spare time he enjoys wood turning and serves as editor of the Central Virginia Wood Turner’s Association’s newsletter.
