She is known for bringing people together to ask, “What if...,” and is passionate about helping others realize their potential. Lorraine centers her work from a place of trust, truth and authenticity. Her goal is to help others do the same. Her expertise lies in leveraging strengths, team engagement, and the ways human dynamics drive performance. She provides powerful one-on-one leadership coaching, team-dynamic coaching, and workshops that increase individual and team productivity by helping leaders and their teams understand and optimize their impact. Her facilitation style combines a direct, results-driven focus with compassionate encouragement, assisting others to recognize their style and true leadership

She has over two decades of experience as an internal and external leadership coach mentoring and advising leaders and teams to achieve exceptional performance.
