No matter the environment, every project manager has the opportunity to work with others at all levels in their respective organizations. The challenge? Fitting in to that level. In this powerful presentation, Carl Pritchard shares four key tips that enable and encourage better communication between project managers and their leadership. He examines how we can know what they want and expect in their communication and how we have a whopping 30 seconds to establish the relationship and our mission before the communication is won or lost. Carl provides insight on one of his favorite communications forms--storytelling--and why it can be the best or worst thing that ever happened to a communications event.
